Bant is the ideal meal planner and tracker for people following a low-carbohydrate-high-fat, Banting or Ketogenic (Keto) diet.
This LCHF orientated meal tracker and carb-counter calculates and tracks your net carbohydrate, fat, and protein intake.
Once you have logged a meal, ingredient or ingredient combination, the tracker calculates and tracks the amount and ratio of net macronutrients in your diet. You can also calculate these nutrients before logging, and delete or edit previous logs.
Your daily intake of fat, protein and carbohydrate is plotted and represented in a pie chart.
Use Bant to get into the habit of low-carb eating and evaluate and track your body’s response to this lifestyle.
